Olympics 2024 LIVE UPDATES: Sandeep and Elevenil complete second series
Sandeep and Elevenil have completed their second series. With a current average of 10.439, they rank 13th.
Arjun completes his 20 shots, earning a 106.2 overall—a fantastic series for him. Ramita still has two shots remaining. Right now, this combination is ranked eighth.
To qualify for the medal match, the teams have to be in TOP 4.
Olympics 2024 LIVE UPDATES: Balraj Panwar finishes fourth in men’s single sculls heats
Balraj Panwar of India clocks 7:07.11 seconds to get fourth in the men’s single sculls heats. He will make it to the replay round tomorrow even if he hasn’t guaranteed a spot in the quarterfinal.
Fun fact: Balraj is the only rower from India represented in Paris, having only started four years ago! He had qualified for the Olympics earlier this year by winning bronze at the Asian and Oceanian Rowing Olympic Qualification Regatta in South Korea. He had just lost out on a bronze medal at the Asian Games.
